Bibury Trout Farm is England’s oldest working trout farm, founded in 1902 in the historic village of Bibury in the heart of the Cotswolds.  

We hatch and rear brown, blue and rainbow trout on-site in crystal-clear spring-fed waters, using sustainably-sourced feed and low-density stocking to ensure the very best flavour and quality. 

Our facility also features a traditional smokery, hand-grading of fish, and full control over every stage from egg to plate — supporting local restaurants and pubs, fisheries and retail customers across the region.
