Sicilian ‘Tarocco’ Blood and Blonde Oranges grown by Michele Riggio on family-owned orchards in Francofonte, Sicily.
The Vendor organises packing and delivery directly through a trusted courier of their choice.
The Fair Grocer facilitates sales through its platform, promotion, and order coordination, organises collection points, and manages communication with the Vendor. Product supply, quality, and transport timing remain the responsibility of the Vendor.

Pack Size & Natural Variation

Approximately 3–4 oranges per kg, depending on natural fruit size.
Variations in size, colour, and appearance are normal and do not affect quality.

Ordering & Payment

This product is sold as a standard order, subject to availability.
Full payment is required at checkout to place the order.

A confirmation of availability, delivery and collection windows and location will be sent shortly after the order closing date.

Collection & Delivery

• Collection options:
  • Small Box: 5kg
  • Medium Box: 15kg
    Collection addresses will be communicated close to the delivery date, at least one collection location in Bristol and one in Bath, selected to be reasonably accessible by both car and public transport.
• Direct Delivery:
  Available for business addresses only (minimum 30kg).

Timely collection is essential to maintain freshness.
For 5kg collections, we recommend bringing a sturdy shopping bag or a reused cardboard box. 15kg and 30kg boxes are supplied in their original cardboard packaging.

Storage & Shelf Life

Shelf life is approximately 2 weeks when stored chilled or in a cool, dry place (including outdoor or garden storage).

Refunds

As this is a fresh, perishable product:

• Returns are not accepted
• Refunds are considered only if the product is unsafe or incorrect
• Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of collection or delivery
