Bibury Trout Farm is England’s oldest working trout farm, founded in 1902 in the historic village of Bibury in the heart of the Cotswolds. We hatch and rear brown, blue and rainbow trout on-site in spring-fed waters using sustainably sourced feed. Our facility includes a traditional smokery and full control from egg to plate, supplying local restaurants, pubs and retail customers.
